Very clean and spacious place! A group of us stayed here for after a festival and communication was easy, the neighborhood was quiet, and the place was very spacious and accommodating!

Great place! The only thing that could have been better - the hot tub took hours to heat up, so we couldn’t use it the first day. Maybe you could ask guests if they want to use it the first day and preheat it?

Exactly what we needed for a weeklong family getaway. Loved the access to all Everline resort amenities and proximity to Tahoe City, Truckee, North and South Lake Tahoe. Couldn’t recommend a better time of year to enjoy the warm weather and calm after the peak summer and winter seasons in Tahoe. Loved it!

Home was beautiful just as listed. Easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were quick to respond and always available. Access to the home was simple and check out was smooth. House was clean and very spacious. The only negative feedback I have is that check in is very late in the day, it would have been nice to have the house longer for the price. Thank you for your
