Step One: Get in touch with our Onboarding Team to schedule a consultation. Together we will discuss your needs, request some photos of your home to ensure it is a good fit, and give you a clear picture of our services and fees.

Step Two: After an in person tour of the home we will discuss together the features you would like us to highlight, guest rules that are important to you, technology and amenities that might need to be added and begin building your listing. At this time a management agreement will be signed and we will be on our way to getting your home ready to list. We do offer professional photography, staging and decorating services to help show your home at its best. Our curated home design increases your online appeal, visibility, occupancy and reviews, resulting in more profit for you.

Step Three: When we are ready to go live with your listing, our Property Management  & Customer Care Team steps in to handle all the day to day needs including:

  • Utilize integrated reservation software that ensures rates, calendar availability and property information updates seamlessly through multiple platforms.
  • Monitor our dynamic pricing software which allows us to set fluctuating rates depending on season and demand.
  • Manage your listings across multiple online travel sites including Airbnb and VRBO, as well as direct bookings.
  • Handle all guest communication and offer you full transparency to our messaging communication, pricing and property calendar.
  • Coordinate all housekeeping services, ensuring your home is well maintained and ready to welcome guests.

We are based out of the greater Sacramento area, where we live, work and play.  As lifelong residents of the area and raising our families here, we are committed to being good neighbors and investing in our communities.  We currently serve all greater Sacramento neighborhoods. Whether your property is near Sacramento, Granite Bay, Placerville, Davis, Auburn, Folsom, Roseville, Rocklin, Loomis or Lincoln our team is ready to be your local experts. 

 

Many property owners don’t live close to their vacation properties. That makes it challenging for them to respond to and address guest inquiries. We understand the fluctuations in the market and can work closely with your guests to ensure we exceed the guests comfort expectations and that their stay is both enjoyable and memorable.

Can I still stay in my home?

Yes, of course! After all, it is your home. You are welcome to stay in your home and offer it to friends and family as long as we have advance notice and the dates are not already booked with reservations. 

Where will my property be listed and advertised?

We will list your home across multiple online travel sites including Airbnb and VRBO, as well as accepting direct bookings. Your home will be included in our strategic marketing campaign including online advertising with search engines, social media, as well as email marketing that reaches all our past guests.

Who will be maintaining my home?

Our professional Property Care Team will ensure your home is well maintained and ready to welcome guests by visiting the property between reservations and attending to your home on a regular basis. All general household items will be stocked regularly, cleaning supplies will be kept in lockable storage and each property receives a detailed systemized cleaning process between every reservation. 

What are BookitBnB’s fees?

Each property is unique and requires special care. Once we have a chance to discuss and view your property, access your needs and be sure it is a good fit we can establish our fixed rate management fee for your property. Does partnering with BookitBnB require a contract?

It is our priority at BookitBnB to continue to earn your business and trust. It is our hope that as long as we do our job well, both you and our guests will be happy. If for any reason we do not meet your expectations, you always have the option to cancel your agreement with us with 30 days written notice and once all existing reservations have been fulfilled.
